The construction of the new Hospital planned for Portrane will more than likely lead to traffic congestion in Donabate,.
The construction traffic will create a hazadorus situation and compromise the safety of locals including children in the area.
A meeting will be held in Keelings Public House on Monday the 17th of November at 8pm to discuss this issue, it is in the interest of all residents to attend.H
Unfortunately due to a previous committment I will be unable to attend the meeting, however I pledge my support to the Donabate Community and commit to ensuring that they are listened to in any objections that they might have.
The goverment needs to take the potential health and safety concerns into consideration and allay any fears or concerns that the community have.
The construction of a new road is imperative before any construction work is carried out.
