I have just received the Chief Executives Draft written Statement and Appendices on the Fingal Development Plan. The Councillors can make submissions regards the draft development plan up to the 4th of January 2016. the Draft Development Plan written statement has 12 chapters and around 400 pages, this has to be read and digested and submissions made before the 4th of January. I read through one chapter today Sunday the 6th of December and I expect to read the other 11 chapters over the next week.
